Maintenance Plan - How it works
Have you ever thought about
updating or adding content to your existing website but have been put
off because it would incur additional unknown costs by your web designer?
Old irrelevant information
will frustrate your customers and poorly reflect on your business. An
up to date website is essential and recommended to keep traffic coming
back.
When Z Web Design makes
changes to your website you know they are being done the "right" way
and this will ensure that the changes match the rest of your website
and do not look like they have been "tacked on". We optimised and resize
all images to ensure that your website loads as quickly as possible.
Something you think may be simple to do can be a little more involved
than you first thought. There is an art to doing all of this, so you
are better off to leave it to the professionals..us!
Z Web Design
can offer the Maintenance Plan service for a small monthly fee.
($12.50
per month paid 12 months in advance)
Once you have paid for
the plan Z Web Design will make changes to your website at no additional
cost*.
For example you may have a monthly "What's New" column
that requires updating on a regular basis. Or you may want to change
some pictures on your website to keep it looking fresh. If you have
a shopping cart and you may have products that require updating.
A monthly newsletter may need to be changed regularly on your website.
You may have general information which requires updating such as phone
numbers, email addresses.
Our normal rate for website
alters is $80 per hour.
It doesn't take long for these fees to add
up.
That's why we highly recommend the Maintenance Plan.
It
is insurance against any unpleasant surprises.
* All minor changes
are covered. Please note that this does not cover major structural changes
to your website or shopping cart, eg adding new pages, redesigning the
website or shopping cart, new slideshows, modules or adding or changing
navigational structure. There is also a limit of 20 new products per
month for shopping carts. In most cases we will only charge a small
additional fee if you are already on the Maintenance Plan.
