As of June 2009 we have successfully transferred all existing customers across into our new billing and accounts software located at http://www.hostingwebdesign.com.au/custo.../index.php

Some of the new features and benefits for customers are as follows:
Domain information is now accessible as well as hosting, maintenance etc. This is now all in the one user control panel. You can access all your information, expiry dates and more from the one login and interface control panel.
Email reminders are more user friendly and easier to understand. Click on the link in your email and you can pay your invoice instantly online.
It is now very easy to buy additional products eg extra domain names, uptime monitoring, SSL Certificates etc with the new shopping cart area.
Knowledgebase area has a wealth of information and tips.
Support Ticket Area is also built in to the Client Area Customer Portal.
Announcements Area.
Downloads Area for useful free software etc.
After you have logged into your account please check and/or update your details if required.
Most importantly don't forget to update your contact email address so we can contact you!
